Notes: It is your responsibility to make your room reservation. Please register as soon as possible but no later than 09/09/2019.
If an emergency arises, your full payment will be refunded. Other cancellations will be refunded if you notify Jim Brussell 21 days prior to event so we can cancel if possible or find a replacement to use your tickets. If optional events are canceled, your full payment will be refunded if less than the required minimum number of people participate. If you are turned away from a selected tour due to a limitation on the maximum number of participants, your payment will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your reservation, notify Jim Brussel ASAP since there are minimum room night requirements for the discount rate.
